UK Sign-Up Betting Offers Index: every offer, verified monthly
Every UK bookmaker sign-up offer worth doing, sorted by the profit you actually lock in — not the headline free-bet number — and re-checked against each bookmaker's live terms every month. The changelog below shows exactly what changed in the June 2026 audit. No affiliate links: nobody pays for a place on this list.
Most “best betting offers” lists are affiliate shopfronts: the order is set by commission, dead offers linger for months, and the quoted values are headline free-bet amounts rather than what you actually bank. This index is the opposite. Each month I re-read every bookmaker's current terms, correct anything that's drifted, retire anything that's gone, and publish the diff. The numbers below are estimated locked-in profit after the qualifying bet, assuming you lay everything with the free calculator.
The index (June 2026)
Sorted by estimated profit. Every row links to a free step-by-step walkthrough of that exact offer — the guide is where the current verified terms (minimum odds, expiry, token restrictions) live.

What changed in June 2026
From the June 2026 audit of every bookmaker's live terms (completed 8 June):
- Betfair Sportsbook — welcome offer increased from £30 to £50 (5 × £10 free bets). Now the second-best sign-up on the list at ~£35 profit.
- Betfred — the £50 in acca free bets now requires 4+ selections per token (was 3+). Estimated profit trimmed from £36 to £33.
- Grosvenor — clarified that “Double the Odds” winnings pay in cash, not free bets (that's good news — nothing to convert).
- Virgin Bet — the £30 package is actually £20 sportsbook + £10 Bet Builder, not four flat tokens. Guide rewritten to match.
- Betway — the temporary World Cup boost (2 extra £10 tokens) closed to new sign-ups on 10 June; the standing offer is back to £40.
- Paddy Power Daily Rewards — restructured to a £10/week Rewards Club with tiers.
- New on the index: talkSPORT BET (Bet £20 Get £40, ~£28), BetGoodwin (Bet £10 Get £15, ~£10) and Tote (Bet £10 Get £30, ~£7).
May 2026 audit, for the record: 17 offers had drifted from their advertised terms and were corrected, and the Betfair Free Bet Club was discontinued by Betfair and retired from the index. If you did your sign-ups from a list older than a month or two, it's worth re-checking terms before you place anything.
How the numbers work
“Est. profit” is what you lock in after the qualifying bet's small loss, assuming you convert free bets at a realistic 75–80% of face value by laying at the exchange (stake-not-returned free bets never convert at 100%). Restricted tokens — acca-only or Bet Builder-only free bets like Betway's and Unibet's — convert lower, which is why a £40 headline can rank below a £30 one. The per-offer maths is worked through in each guide, and the general technique is in the step-by-step first bet guide.
If you're brand new, don't start at the top of the table — the biggest offers have the fiddliest terms. Start with Coral or Ladbrokes, then work up.
FAQ
Which sign-up offer should I do first?
Coral or Ladbrokes. Both are Bet £5 Get £30 with simple terms, normal odds requirements and free bets that arrive instantly — the qualifying loss is pennies and the workflow is the gentlest introduction to matched betting. Sky Bet's Bet 5p Get £30 is the next one: the 5p stake means there is essentially no qualifying loss at all.
How much can I make from UK sign-up offers in total?
Roughly £550 of locked-in profit across the 27 sign-up offers on this index, after qualifying losses and realistic free-bet conversion. Add the two exchange welcome offers and it's about £600. That's the honest figure — lists quoting £1,000+ from sign-ups alone are counting offers that no longer exist or quoting headline free-bet values rather than profit.
Why should I trust this list over other matched betting sites?
Two reasons. First, there are no affiliate links anywhere on BetBoffins — bookmakers don't pay us, so an offer's position in the table is decided by your profit, not our commission. Second, every offer is re-verified against the bookmaker's live terms and conditions each month, and the changelog below shows exactly what changed — most sites quietly leave dead offers up for years.
What happens when a bookmaker changes or pulls an offer?
It shows up in the monthly changelog on this page, the offer's guide is rewritten to the new terms (or retired with a notice if the offer is gone), and the profit numbers across the site are corrected. In the last two audits we corrected 23 offers and retired one — offer terms drift constantly, which is exactly why a dated, verified index is useful.
